Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
Robotic vacuum cleaners and mops are the best method of quickly cleaning up messes. The top robot vacuums and mops that I have tested come with top-quality mapping and navigation as well as the ability to remove Cheerios wires, tangled wires and fake dog turds with out leaving them behind.
They're also easy to use using an app that lets you plan cleaning tasks and track what they're working on.
1. robot vacuums reviews
If you're looking for the best robot vacuum and mop combination with cutting-edge features take a look at the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This high-end vacuum is fast and agile and picked up human hair and pet hair nearly flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also has a smart-looking interface that includes a mini map of your home and some on-screen buttons for manual control.
The S8's Dirt Detection Technology enables it to change the cleaning mode based on dirt levels. It will wash its mopping pads more frequently when it comes across dust. Carpeted areas get the first priority when mopping with a damp mopping pad.
It's got a host of other features that are smart also, including an alternative dock that connects to your home plumbing to clean and wash the mop roller without needing refilling it manually. With the built-in voice assistant of the S8 you can make use of voice commands to specify room cleaning modes and precise control with just your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking for a hands-off robot vacuum that has mopping capabilities, the Yeedi Cube is one of the more versatile alternatives. It's part of a plethora of robot vacuums that also include mops but comes at a lower cost than many of the competitors.
Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little bit of work to begin, which includes setting up an account on the official app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once that's done, though the robot can begin cleaning and mopping easily.
It is important to remember that the mapping process can take some time, and the Yeedi Cube may need a few tries before it gets a good picture of your living space. In addition the object detection is difficult to determine and it was able to get around furniture and other obstacles but was stuck on a loose tassel rug and had to turn its back to release itself. But these are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube is still a great option for those looking for an all-in-one cleaner.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a home cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping system uses a rotating motion that is similar to hand scrubbers. This results in floors being cleaned, not just cleaned. Its detachable stick-vacuum is a game changer that enables you to reach spots even a robotic vacuum can't.
This model is nearly identical to the well-known X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction power of 8,700Pa and a few additional features that are smart. The RGBD sensor upgrade can be used to learn your home and offer an adaptive obstacle avoidance. The app's smart features allow you to alter a variety of settings, including AI cleaning and virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping by having both the robot vacuum and mop returning to their charging base after each task to clean their pads and empty their dust bins and place debris into a self-sealing bag. This helps keep the system tidy and stops allergens from recirculating. The battery life is long enough to clean large areas without needing the battery to be charged mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
As one of the more premium robot vacuum and mop models that we have reviewed, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for the price. It is equipped with an impressive 8,000 Pa suction, a rotating floor brush for carpets, and a fantastic obstacle avoidance. It also features a unique mopping method which uses a rolling device that is continuously sprayed with water to collect dirt and then deposit it in the water tank.
Its navigation technology was effective, navigating close to walls without crashing and staying clear of stairs. It struggled with small particles and did not always clear the thresholds in rooms. The operating level of the sound is also high, so this model might not be as easy to set and forget as the other models.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, has a docking systems that allow it to replenish its clean water, empty the dust bin, dry and wash the mop, as well as empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance easier and allows the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in line with a regular schedule. Eufy's application lets you manage all the functions. It gives you an easy overview and a variety of configuration options.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is one of the most premium robot vacuums/mowers available, and it offers amazing mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. The LIDAR mapping sensors can detect furniture legs, obstacles and other obstacles with reasonable precision. The app allows users to fine-tune the coverage of the map, create no-go zones and customize cleaning preferences. The main roller brush is also designed to stop hair from wrapping around it, which is a major issue with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too, with Reuleaux triangular mop pads that spin at 180 RPM and apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system is equipped with intelligent carpet detectors, which lift the pads up when they're near soft surfaces in order to keep them from getting contaminated.
The docking station is an unmanned maintenance center that is able to wash and dry the mops, and refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station also comes with integrated dust processing that compacts dust for seven weeks of uninterrupted operation, unlike conventional robot vacuums that empty their bins of dust every time they need to be cleaned.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars less than the S8, this robot is a slick job at keeping my home office spotless and also take on the corners of my tight apartment. It utilizes a laser mapping and camera to create a 3D map of your home so it can know what to stay clear of. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that will stay clear of things like toys and dog bowls (but not the poop), unlike many vacuums.
It also comes with other highlights, such as a self-emptying dust bin and a mop pad self-washing and able to adjust the temperature of water and a side-reaching sweeper brush that can get to places that other mops don't. You can also set up cleaning schedules in the app and set custom the settings for each room in your home.
Similar to the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping that can differentiate between carpets, laminate and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. And, if you're looking to save time, it can skip mopping in rooms that aren't filthy. It's an excellent option for those who have a variety of flooring in your home but do not want to invest the extra money for Roborock. Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking for a versatile robot vacuum and mop that can handle regular maintenance and touch-ups on wet messes, this robot is a great option. It offers a broad range of features including a self-emptying dustbin and an additional water refill dock, as well as adjustable settings in the app. It is surprisingly quiet and is able to easily move around furniture legs or socks. It can't pick tangled rug tassels up, and its battery drains more quickly than other models we've test.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerful unit that comes with an impressive suction and easy automation, all in a sleek and stylish. It didn't perform as well in our vacuuming and mopping tests as the much more expensive Roborock S8MaxV Ultra however it performed very well overall. It comes with a variety of cleaning modes, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet mode for light debris to the incredibly powerful Turbo mode for carpeted areas. It also has the capability to remove and reconnect its mop pads without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is a great robot vacuum and mop for people who live in tiny areas. It is very fast and quiet, and it can navigate tight spaces with ease. It also does a very excellent job of pulling pet hair out of carpeting.
It's smaller than most of its competition, but it doesn't sacrifice features. It has good suction power and can be set to take pictures of every object it picks (i.e. chew toys, socks), and mark them in the app as "not located', so that they will not be removed in future cleanings. The photos are secure and are not connected to your account.

It's great at vacuuming, but not so good in mopping. It uses disposable wipes that clip onto the bottom of the bot and drags them across the floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal with water reservoirs and will automatically wash and attach their mopheads.
